J Box Terms & Conditions
SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
Based on your preferred frequency selected in your questionnaire, we will contact you and offer you a shipment. When you choose to receive a shipment, we will send you products chosen by our stylists. You will be able to try them on in your own home and see what you like. You can decide to keep all, some or none of the products in your shipment, and we will charge your card for the items you choose to keep.
We may refuse to ship to any address for any reason including because it is outside the United States, or it is to an address that we determine has a history of fraudulent purchases.
Please return all items you do not wish to keep in your J box within the allotted 5 day period. Any items not returned in the box will be charged to your account. Please return all items in the condition in which the box was received. Any merchandise purchased in your J Box can be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase.
BY GIVING YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION TO US, YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ONCE YOUR RETURNED MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
